Rebecca (Bec) is a fertility nurse at Care Fertility with a strong interest in clinical education, patient experience, and workforce development within reproductive medicine.

She is passionate about supporting patients through what is often a complex and emotional journey, ensuring care is both evidence-based and genuinely patient-centred. Bec takes pride in creating a calm and supportive environment, helping patients feel informed, reassured, and confident in their treatment decisions every step of the way.

Bec has a particular interest in fertility education and is currently leading research exploring gaps in fertility knowledge among medical students and early-career doctors. She is committed to improving awareness and understanding of fertility, both within the healthcare system and for the wider community.
